D10 FOOTBALL CLUB

Facundo Alfaro is the founder of D10 Football Club, a club that was born in 2011 and has grown remarkably since then. Under his leadership, D10 Pilar began collaborating with Boca Juniors in 2013 and with Argentinos Juniors in 2016, strengthening its connection with major institutions in Argentine football. In 2017, the club entered the AFA children's category, and in 2018, it made its first trip to the Madrid Cup in Spain, marking its international expansion. Currently, D10 Football Club is recognized in the football world and has managed to obtain two AFA titles, consolidating itself as an important breeding ground for the development of young talents.

Sports Director of the Córdoba-Buenos Aires project, he has been instrumental in promoting and organizing the AFA youth soccer competition, the most important tournament in the country. Under his direction, the project managed to recruit more than 400 players in a short period, demonstrating its ability to attract talent and generate interest in the sport. Alfaro has overseen the incorporation of various categories, including 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and the pre-AFA 2015, which joined the tournament in October. His vision and commitment have been key to establishing a solid program that seeks to develop young soccer players and encourage the growth of youth soccer.

Facundo Alfaro is the sporting director of Coerver Coaching Argentina, a football training methodology of European origin that has become established in the country. Coerver Coaching was founded in 1984 by Alf Galustian and former Chelsea player Charlie Cooke, who were inspired by the philosophy of renowned Dutch coach Wiel Coerver.

Since March 2022, D10 Football Club has become the exclusive and official provider of Coerver Coaching programs for players and coaches in Argentina, promoting the comprehensive development of young footballers through training techniques that emphasize ball control, creativity and team play. Under Alfaro’s guidance, Coerver Coaching Argentina seeks to not only improve players’ technical skills, but also foster a competitive mindset and a love for the game.
